LUNES
Vaya por delante que tengo problemas de insomnio desde hace más tiempo de lo que puedo recordar. Tengo un sueño muy ligero y me despierto con una enorme facilidad. Es por eso por lo que, de un tiempo a esta parte, me veo obligado a tomarme media pastilla antes de irme a dormir para evitar verme desvelado a eso de las 4 de la mañana y no poderme volver a dormir.No obstante, esta medida tiene su lado negativo, y es que me levanto por la mañana totalmente atocinado, se me pegan las sábanas con velcro y voy con cara de zombi hasta eso de las 11-12, cuando ya me despejo un poco. Pero claro, todo esto es algo mucho peor cuando hablamos de un Lunes, día terminal por excelencia, donde el recuerdo de dos días de descanso te condiciona sobremanera el resto del día.
